Return & Replacement Policy

At clothing india, we follow a strict no-refund policy for all orders. Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

 Replacement Policy – Wrong Item Only

We only offer free replacements if you receive an incorrect product (wrong size, color, or item). To qualify for a replacement:

1. You must notify us within 2days of receiving the order.
2. The item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
3. You must provide clear proof (photos or videos) showing the issue.
4.Replacements are not applicable for incorrect selections made by the customer at checkout.
5. If your replacement or exchange is approved then the product will be delivered with in 5-7 working days.

❌ No Refunds / No Returns

1. We do not accept returns for any reason other than incorrect items delivered.
2. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
3. Please double-check your order details (size, color, product type) before finalizing the purchase.

Terms Of Refund :

1: Upon placing an order for a item, our manufacturing process commences within the following hour to ensure adherence to delivery timelines. Please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances.

2: products are non-refundable, with the exception of instances where the delivered product is found to be damaged or defective. It's important to note that this exception does not apply 

3: If you encounter a damaged or missing product upon receipt, we require customers to submit an unboxing video to initiate a claim. The refundable amount, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days after the product has been returned to us.

4: Once a prepaid order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there is an option to cancel the order by clicking the cancel order button in the order confirmation message, or you can cancel it while on the confirmation call. Thank you for your understanding.

5. Order Placed Using 30% Off Offer A Comes Under Sale Category & Can Not Be Returned

6- Partial Payment Order strictly can not be Returned as it is the courier handling fees

Without an opening video, we will not be able to process refunds or replacements for damaged or defective products.

    If more than 2 working days have elapsed since the day of delivery, we regret to inform you that returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be facilitated under any circumstances.
